About the Role
The Team Leader will be responsible for assisting the Events Manager with the smooth and efficient operation of our events venues, through the supervision of your team members and ensuring all guests’ needs are met efficiently and seamlessly by creating memorable experiences.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Supervision and support of the Food and Beverage employees, ensuring exceptional and efficient service is delivered.
- Help the Food and Beverage management team with the delegation of tasks and implementation of Hyatt brand standards through day to day operations
- Provide training and on boarding support for new associates within the department
- Assist in rosters and managing staff attendance
