DESCRIPTIONDo you want to be part of a team focused on increasing the reach of cloud computing across stakeholders?As a technical Business Developer, your responsibilities will include engaging with customers and partners, learning about strategic business solutions, and identifying business growth opportunities for AWS.   • Prospect, call, and qualify the highest potential collaborators that support our business goals and objectives
  • Conduct customer research, insights and analysis to define new business opportunities
  • Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of initiatives
  • Create customized assets for driving partners' sales enablement and drive adoptions along the business goals and priorities
  • Initiated, and own independently with support from manager and others
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Sydney, NSW, AUSBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with the following course of studies - Analytics / Data Science / Statistics / Finance / Accounting / Economics
  • Strong passion for sales and new business growth
  • Experience with financial modelling using Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly analytical with the ability to manipulate data
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
  • Great team player
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Interest in cloud computing technology: You are excited to use cloud technology and have previous experience that leverages technology to solve problems.
  • Good Communicator: You are comfortable talking with all different kinds of people, interests, and walks of life. You write clearly, listen well, and use the right tone for the audience.
  • Self-Starter: You actively look for opportunities to improve and add value to your team and customers."
