Hudson is working with a long standing client to assist them with seeking an experienced and dynamic Tech Lead to join their progressive tech team in the Melbourne CBD. This is a unique opportunity to assist in leading a project focusing on cutting-edge technology in React, mini apps, and micro front-end development. The role offers a hybrid working model, allowing for a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members.
• Lead the development and implementation of React-based applications, with a focus on mini apps and micro front-end architectures.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and responsiveness of applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends in web technologies and introduce them to the team as appropriate.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software development with a strong focus on React.
• Proven experience with mini apps and micro front-ends.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in leading development teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong technical acumen.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a track record of delivering projects on time.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
