Tech Service Logistics Coordinator - 12-Month Contract (With Potential To Permanent)

Key responsibilities:

• The receipt and dispatch of inventory held at the technical service site.
• Administer the Alcon Technical Services test equipment and spare part requirements.
• Managing inventory – spare parts, machines, demo inventory and receipt the inventory in SAP system correctly.
• Inventory control – stock count and reconcile regularly.
• Run SAP reports – BI reports to reconcile inventory.
• Coordination with engineers and couriers (inbound and outbound)

Skills and Expeirences:

• SAP is must
• Forklift License
• Warehouse experience
• PC Literacy / MS Office
• High level of commitment to detail and accuracy
• Customer management skills
• Previous experience in a service dispatch environment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
