AddressTechnical Administrator
ARI is a NATA accredited laboratory and is currently seeking a highly organized and dedicated Technical Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient development of high-quality typed reports from field data, for our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management and Analysis:
- Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Review field data for completeness, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output using automated tools or manual processes.
Report Generation:
- Produce high quality and detailed technical reports with Microsoft Word
- Review client specifications and work scopes to ensure reports contain the required technical information.
- Provide detail through supplied photographs and technical drawings.
Team Collaboration and Support:
- Work collaboratively with team members distributed across various locations in Australia to ensure seamless data management and reporting.
- Participate in regular team meetings and provide technical support where necessary.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Experience in a technical administrative or data entry role, preferably within a technical or engineering environment.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Word
Skills:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for precision.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a remote team.
- Strong communication skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
