AddressThe personnel should have the skills, knowledge and experience in the following:
- Working experience and understanding of cloud-based security solutions relevant to MS Azure and MS O365 platforms.
- Well-developed conceptual, analytical and evaluation skills, able to respond to urgent security incidents and resolve complex problems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with considerable experience within a customer service delivery environment.
- Well-developed planning, prioritisation and organisational skills.
- Working knowledge of key Cyber Security best practice standards, ACSC Essential Eight, ASD ISM, and NIST Cyber Security Framework.
- Experience with solutions such as MS Sentinel, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud, Qualys, Tenable.io, CrowdStrike, Intune or SCCM are highly regarded
- Possession of or progress towards a relevant certification/qualification, e.g. CISSP, CCSP or Microsoft cloud security certifications.
- Cyber security technical solution assessment and implementation
- Cyber security technical testing and assessment report
- Cyber security assessment and reporting
- Cyber security operational monitoring and response
