About the Opportunity
We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Technical and Services Engineer. As a valued team member reporting directly to the Technical & Services Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our products and Services.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- commissioning, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a range of products, with a focus on emergency lighting and smart home systems
- conducting thorough testing of equipment to ensure safety and compliance with quality control standards
- providing field support to key contractors and service agents
- delivering training sessions on emergency lighting systems
- maintaining accurate records of work performed
- reporting any issues or concerns to the manager
- providing detailed commissioning reports upon project completion
- being proactive in seeking opportunities to improve equipment/product, processes, and procedures
- willingness to implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- communicating technical information effectively, both orally and in writing, to colleagues, customers, and management
- working effectively as part of a team, sharing knowledge and skills to achieve common goals
To be successful in this role, in-field knowledge and experience exceeding one year are essential attributes.
About the skills we're looking for

- experience or Study in Electrical field preferred
- IT/Networking knowledge preferred
