About the Role
- This role is accountable for the delivery of service management reporting services for the customer account. Working with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, goals and objectives and determine how reporting/data can be used to achieve those goals
- This role will develop and maintain daily/weekly/monthly governance, operational and SLA reports and dashboards for cross-functional services using a range of Fujitsu and/or customer- owned service management toolset. The reports will be for internal Fujitsu and customer consumption.
- As a member of the Fujitsu Cross-Functional team at customer name, the role is expected to contribute to Fujitsus technical strategy , especially within own area of expertise (data science/analytics/reporting) based upon acquired knowledge and ensure proposed solutions are appropriate to customer.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Building detailed specifications of reporting within the design framework or delivery of service management to client.
- Developing daily/weekly/monthly operational and SLA reports and dashboards from a service desk toolset
- Collaborating with customer in configuring the toolsets to produce the reports and dashboards to common standards.
- Developing frameworks to enable quick and supportable enhancements to reuse code/reports in new environments.
- Providing in depth troubleshooting and data analysis relating to reports and any data queries
- Maintenance and configurations of reporting toolsets
- Performing quality assurance on data in the reports produced
- Ensuring all reports are provided to key stakeholders as per the contractual requirements and timeframes.
- Propose innovative solutions to improve on existing report deliverables and processes.
- Maintain a catalogue of standard reports and procedures.
Required Skills:
- Highly desirable database query skills; experience in Power BI and other reporting tools, and report development using Service Desk Toolsets
- Business analysis experience relating to defining reporting specifications is desirable
- Excellent documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- MS Office tools experience highly desirable (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- NV1 security clearance
