Role Summary:
This technical position focuses on driving specifications through architects and engineers for our innovative building system used in commercial projects. The role involves end-to-end project management and offers ample opportunity for professional growth.
- Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through existing and potential networks, targeting architects and engineers.
- Assess and tap into new market avenues for consistent business growth.
- Maintain and manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and business profitability.
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
- Schedule and conduct on-site consultations and inspections, as necessary.
- Acquire and maintain a detailed level of technical knowledge concerning our wall and panel products.
- Collaborate internally to meet customer needs and expand business scope.
- Consistently meet or exceed set sales targets within agreed-upon timeframes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Sales experience in a similar capacity within the building or construction sector.
- A Degree in engineering – mechanical, structural, civil is highly regarded.
- Proven ability in relationship-building and contract negotiation.
- High level of computer literacy, including experience with office suites and CRM software.
- Must have a current driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for business-related travel.
