- Providing a proactive claims service, following up information, and advising all parties
- Working on a range of commercial and financial lines, but predominantly on property/ISR and public liability claims
- Understanding policy wording and negotiating with the insurer, discussing interpretation and getting approval on claims
- Supporting brokers with their clients' claims, so they can support the clients' businesses
- With several years of managing property, public liability claims
- You pride yourself on offering a first-class service to all your clients
- You enjoy working on more Technical Claims, interpreting policy wording, and getting a great outcome for your client
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A team player who enjoys interacting both with internal and external clients
- You have a passion for overcoming claim denials and finding a solution, through your strong policy knowledge and communication skills
