Overview
About the Role
As a Technical Claims Specialist within our Corporate Services Network (CSN) team, you will be one of the go-to people in your team for technical matters and queries relating to the processing of travel claims. In this role, you will both apply your technical expertise to complex claims matters, and coach claims consultants within your team to reach the best outcomes for claimants.
This position will be offered on a permanent full-time basis with a flexible hybrid approach of working in the office and from home.
How you'll make an impact
As a Technical Claims Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end claims management including Recoveries and Dispute as well as Fraud Prevention and Risk Mitigation
• Recovering outstanding monies from at fault parties
• Resolving contentious matters in a fair and transparent manner Negotiating with third party insurance companies and third parties
• Managing your own portfolio of claims Reviewing liability in the event of contention of a claim
• Liaising with recovery agents
• Reviewing and preparing documentation

About you
About you
We're looking for a skilled and collaborative claims professional who has:

• Technical claims management expertise or a skilled claims consultant looking to grow their claims career in a technical direction
• Previous experience in a Recoveries, Disputes and Technical matters (ideally knowledge from within the industry)
• Proficiency in Microsoft office and strong attention to detail
• The desire to learn and progress within this collaborative and talented team
• Strong time management and organisational skill
• Excellent customer service skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in client service role
• Industry Related Qualifications will be ideal, however are not essential to your success
