Technical Cloud Infrastructure Business Analyst

PM-Partners is currently seeking an experienced Technical Business Analystwith a strong background in IT and Cloud Infrastructureprojects to play a pivotal role in interpreting technology requirements, aligning them with business objectives, and driving impactful solutions within our client's dynamic Cloud division.

In this role, you will be working with an IT communications solutions provider delivering a significant custom built cloud platform. You will be relied on to perform common analysis tasks such as requirements gathering and analysis, stakeholder collaboration, solution design, documentation and reporting, provide technical expertise in Cloud Infrastructure, process mapping and developing training materials.

Location: Dandenong office, strong work from home/remotely culture with some travel to Dandenong

Duration: ASAP Start - 6 months + 6 month extension for the right person

Daily Rate: $850 including super 

To be considered for this position you will have experience and strengths in the following:

• 5+ years proven experience in delivery as a Business / Functional Analyst
• Industry certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent is desirable.
• Proven background in supporting the delivery of technology infrastructure projects. 
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure 
• Demonstrated ability to:
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Communicate effectively with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Utilize project management tools/software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Jira, etc.).
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience in Agile delivery as a Business/ Functional Analyst (certifications preferred)
• Experience and skills in designing business process map's
• Experience in System Solution and Integration analytical experience
• Experience with negotiating with users, technical staff and product owners to achieve desired outcomes.
• Strong demonstrated ability to lead workshops and work directly with solution stakeholders
• Showcasing of system solution and assisting with User Acceptance Testing.
• Strong skills and experience with documenting business requirements and functional design through user stories, wireframes, screen mockups, etc.
• Work directly with and between stakeholders and solution development teams for requirements elicitation and refinement.
• Proven ability to lead the development of functional requirements, specifications, use cases, and business rules etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Industry standard BA and Project methodology certifications are highly desired
