Chapter Lead Deposits,
Pricing & Governance Pricing will not only play a key role in the squad, but will also be responsible for supporting & developing product managers. This is a high profile role that will require innovative and strategic thinking to partner with the Product Owner in developing & executing major initiatives to deliver against our business priorities. You will guide and inspire your squad in driving the Deposits P&L outcomes by collaborating closely with key stakeholders such as the Acquisition & Retention team, Finance and Data Science colleagues.With an exciting and packed agenda – this role is fundamental in delivering our initiatives and driving portfolio growth for the largest deposit franchise in the country with the opportunity to drive pricing capability forward.More specifically, you will:
- Deliver P&L outcomes through weekly management of headline and discretionary pricing.
- Work with our data science team to develop new models to improve the efficiency of pricing.
- Play a central role in launching new pricing capabilities to our customers.
- Collaborate with the Acquisition & Retention team to deliver on our pricing offers strategy.
- Continuously review and optimise the squad’s backlog to ensure we remain focussed on enhancing customer outcomes and business performance.
- Proactively identify, understand and manage risks across the business ensuring they are captured.

- Proven capability in leading and developing a team.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong commercial acumen, balanced by a desire to achieve optimal customer outcomes.
- Proven capability in analysing and uplifting key customer journeys and processes.
- Pricing experience would be highly regarded
- Strategy development skills
- Proven ability to build and leverage strong stakeholder relationships.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Risk Management or similar
