About the role

Recruited as our newest Technical Consultant, you will provide assistance to build real value to match our clients investment in our products and help ensure license renewal. Technical Consultants provide client discovery, installation, configuration and enablement for ‘out of the box’ or customised solutions that have been developed to meet specific customer requirements not met within existing product lines.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include (but aren’t limited to): ·

• Installation and configuration of IR solutions;
• Designing, building and deploying custom solutions using either IR’s proprietary scripting language (PACE), Perl, C#, C/C++, SQL, .NET or other programming languages;
• Conducting IR Solution training courses;
• Ensuring delivery of customer value in all deployments; and
• Flexibility and a willingness to proactively assist others

You will tackle challenging, unique situations every day and work with other functions and employees within the organisation and its customers. You will be looked upon as a subject matter expert and advocate to fellow team members on making reliable technical decisions around complex environments that run customer’s business critical systems.

About you

You will have a combination of the following skills:

• Bachelor level degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or similar;
• Previous experience working in a customer facing environment (be it hospitality, retail or similar);
• A drive and passion for ensuring customers are getting the best service possible;
• Superior and professional written and verbal communication skills;
• Highly organised and strong focus on attention to detail;

Hire Range/Rate

Up to $70k base plus bonus

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
