Address The role:
Reporting to the Program Director, you will be responsible for leading the technical planning, design, and development of highly complex cyber security solutions and infrastructure for the Cyber Security Program
Key Duties will include:
Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with QPS values as outlined above.
Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
Oversee and lead the design and implementation of technical firewall, web gateway and MFA security solutions, ensuring alignment with best practice IM/ICT design and delivery frameworks.
Specifies and designs large or complex systems and selects appropriate design standards, methods and tools, consistent with agreed enterprise and solution architectures, and ensures effective application.
Maintains an in-depth knowledge of technical specialists and is responsible for the provision of expert advice regarding their application.
Oversee and lead the assessment, analysis, development, publication, implementation and compliance of all program/project(s) deliverables and related standards and procedures at an enterprise level.
Lead and manage the assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation planning of large complex IM/ICT changes, including the evaluation of risks to the integrity of infrastructure inherent in proposed implementations.
Oversees and manage a team of specialist technical resources.

Proxy Solutions and Clean Internet Filtering
Testing Frameworks and Reporting Tools such as Splunk
Essential Eight and Critical Infrastructure Bill
Patching and Vulnerability Management Systems
Visual studio and Microsoft DevOps toolset
Secure interfacing technologies (Web Services, REST)
Cloud Technologies (e.g AWS, Azure)
