The opportunity:
Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of documentation writing, documentation coordination and site management of capital works both concept and construction
Your day to day:
• Provide safety assessments for new capital works
• Provide assistance during verification processes during Amusement Device design
• Provide assistance in the documentation of safety case
• Ensure mandatory contract inclusions for new amusement devices are followed and documented
• Generate statement of works, programming, and other documents relating to capital work projects
• Effectively coordinate and review construction and ride design information
• Assist the supervision of external design consultants
• Coordinate documentation within building management programs
• Work effectively within a team environment to provide excellent service
• Anticipate potential issues and act accordingly to create solutions
What you’ll bring:
• Demonstrated experience in construction industry
• Proven analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Strong computer skills with competency in Microsoft Office
