We are currently seeking a Document Writer to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 - 6 months with the potential to extend. This role offers part-time hours and WFH flexibility. Your new role
This role involves creating and managing Contract Management Plan documents to support contract delivery in a crucial business area.
Duties:
If a Contract Management Plan already exists, your tasks will include: transferring the existing plan into the organisation’s standard template, collaborating with the Contract Team and Quality Manager to ensure the transferred document meets the required standards.
If a Contract Management Plan does not exist, your responsibilities will be: reviewing the Head Contract Agreement and extracting necessary information and incorporating this information into the relevant Contract Management Plan or Subordinate Plan document.
Working with the Contract Team and Quality Manager to develop the document to the appropriate standard.
What you'll need to succeed
This role requires strong collaboration skills and attention to detail to ensure all documents meet the organisation’s standards. You will also:
- Have an intermediate - advanced skillset across the Microsoft Suite.
- Able to read and interpret contracts and transfer relevant information into management plan templates.
- Experience in drafting management plans (ideal but not essential).
- Have the capacity to work from home.
