Join us in your Technical Lead role, where you will be leading a team of skilled software developers and to design, build, enhance and support our core and digital systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide thought leadership and technical expertise to the business and I.T for best-in-class technology solutions
- Translate the business requirements into technical solutions
- Own and Lead Application-level Design
- Be an Active contributor in solution architecture and Architecture Review Board (ARB)
- Assist in planning, estimation, and delivery of projects and initiatives
- Manage the applications through application lifecycle
- Complete Code Reviews and ensure applicable application and security standards are adhered to
- Introduce best practices and design patterns in Application development space
- Provide timely production support for the applications in scope
- Coach, Mentor and Train software developers/application engineers
- Performance Management and career development for the direct staff
You will bring:
- 10+ years of Software Development experience
- 3+ years of Technical Leadership Experience
- 2+ years of People management experience
- Strong Proficiency in .NET, C#, and SQL
- Strong Experience in building webservices (SOAP and REST)
- Familiarity with OWASP and secure application development
- Experience building cloud native solutions using Azure cloud
- Experience in Agile Development methodology
- Experience supporting and running critical applications
- Any exposure with Content Management System would be highly regarded.
