As a Technical Lead, you'll tackle diverse technical challenges, overseeing in-house software development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Sprint planning, JIRA ticket creation, agile ceremonies, continuous improvement, and issue resolution
• Technical Knowledge: Expertise in Java, Spring, React JS, AWS EC2, AWS RDS, and translating technical requirements
• Resource Management: Directing and coordinating teams to meet project timelines
• Customer Engagement: Ensuring alignment with project timelines and managing client expectations
• Infrastructure Management: Resolving cloud issues, managing capacity, and maintaining infrastructure
• Ticket Management and Resolution: Handling support tickets, analyzing problems, and performing root cause analysis
Skills Required:
• 7+ years in Software/Web Development
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong coordination and planning skills
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, PostgreSQL, React, Jira, Confluence, AWS, Azure, and Linux
