You will draw on your strong technical skills to enable you to lead a team of Claims Officers managing
Injury Liability Claims.You will also evaluate claims data and lead strategic projects utilising technical background to enhance team performance as well as financial and customer outcomes.

- Oversee technical claims decisions and manages timely reserving practice within team
- Lead team to drive favourable claim results through technical expertise
- Drive strength in capability and technical skill of individuals through coaching and support with tailored professional development
- Manage expectations and instil stakeholder confidence through capability and sound claims decisions
