What you’ll deliver with us
As our Technical Team Leader, you’ll support and assist the Technical Shift Leader to co-ordinate, plan and support the Maintenance Activities, Leading Technical support to optimise Automation Reliability and Performance to meet Operational Requirements.
You’ll also
- Optimise Team effort / skillsets so they are performing to the level required, recognising gaps and taking action
- Assist with team/ staff coaching and knowledge transfer discussions to build and maintain team engagement, initiative and capability
- Ongoing Engagement with Engineering leads and SME's for complex diagnostic issues whilst working with staff to resolve the faults (escalating as required)
- Articulate Safety as a core value- acting as the key point of contact for any issues.
About you
You will Possess a high level of Technical knowledge on processing equipment and demonstrate the ability to diagnose and repair complex system faults, Have experience working in a team based environment whilst collaborating and building effective relationships. You'll also have demonstrated ability to maintain a safe working environment.
You’ll also need
- Minimum Certificate 4 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years technical Maintenance experience
- Proficient with plant maintenance and materials management modules of SAP.
