- Extensive work experience in Professional Indemnity & Financial Lines Claims
- Demonstrated leadership and strong technical background
- Strong critical thinking with the ability to analyse situations accurately and make effective decisions
- Strong negotiation skills with a constructive and collaborative style
- Sound ability to coach and development others
- Proven stakeholder management and an ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
