You'll play a crucial role in building, commissioning, and maintaining our state-of-the-art solar-powered CCTV systems, ensuring top-notch quality and efficiency while supporting our company's growth.
Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise:
- Configure, program, and commission CCTV systems in-house.
- Assist technicians with installations, removals, and maintenance jobs.
- Perform quality checks and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Identify and implement system improvements.
Teamwork and Support:
- Staff training and development.
- Participate in weekly meetings to share updates, set goals, and improve processes.
- Collaborate with the maintenance department to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with all relevant personnel.
Planning and Organization:
- Daily activity planning based on sales orders.
- Manage stock levels and ensure timely project completion.
- Weekly and monthly reports and audits.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Follow safety protocols and conduct risk assessments.
- Perform preventive maintenance and assist with repairs.
- Conduct area inspections and audits.
- Be open to learning and taking on new challenges.
Qualifications:
- Experience in CCTV production or related field.
- Strong understanding of camera specifications, features, and analytics.
- Experience with security CCTV and alarm systems programming.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Mentor and managing of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Security license and driver's license required. Forklift license a plus.
- First Aid and White Card certifications preferred.
