About The Role
This position is responsible for the Data Centre Logistics Co-Ordinators and the provision of logistics operational functions such as Inbound, outbound, inventory control, trucking coordination and the generation and maintenance of operations documents, reports, correspondence in accordance with company and customer requirements.
Duties And Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Limited To
- Ensure the operational processes in the Data Centre adhere to customer and company processes and polices
- Ensure the assembly of customer's finished product at customer premises meets contractual lead times and schedule Ensure the operational processes in the Data Centre adheres to customer and company processes and polices.
- Direct, monitor and manage the activities of Data Centre Logistics Co-Ordinators
- Maintain inventory by identifying, labelling and storing materials and supplies in correct locations, recording location of inventory
- Counting stock and keeping inventory records
- Conducted regular inventory audits, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective measures to maintain accurate stock levels.
- A good working knowledge of MS Office including Excel
- Previous experience within Customer Service and/or administration and/or IT/Technology
- Engineering or IT based qualifications
- Competitive salary of $62,000 + super
