We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Pre-Sales Consultant for Kinatico’s Compliance Solutions. The Technical Pre-Sales Consultant will support the Sales & Account Management team to ensure the delivery of technical solutions which meet our customer needs. Subject Matter Expertise in Human Resources, Compliance, Risk Management imperative.

This role utilises workforce compliance domain expertise and power user software skills to undertake deep day to day engagement with our customers, Product and Support teams. 

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to gain insight into an established tech company with strong growth ambitions while also directly impacting customer satisfaction and delivery.

  • Significant working experience in HR Systems / HR Operations / Recruitment / Compliance / Risk Management.
  • Experience in building out solutions based on business & customer problems.
  • Software sales & presentation experience and supporting sales processes.
  • Stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for solving problems with technology. 
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.  
  • Experience in managing contract requirements.  

DELIVERING THE GOOD, STRIVING FOR THE GREAT
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • With Kinatico’s Client Executives, engage with our customers to discover technical and business problems, as well as identify their drivers and key objectives. 
  • Prepare customer demonstrations, that talk to the specific needs of the customer. 
  • Present and demonstrate Kinatico solutions to customers. 
  • Formalising customer requirements and liaising with the Product and Engineering teams to design software feature solutions. 
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to write, calculate and present approved quotes to customers to obtain sign off. 
  • Managing the process of communications with customer inhouse tools, such as Basecamp and Jira. 
  • Managing UAT with the customer to ensure expectations are met . 
  • Interfacing with the Client Services team on behalf of customers to resolve technical issues. 
  • Working with the Client executives and Line Manager to develop strategies on customer accounts. 
  • Resolving conflicts and providing solutions to customers in a timely manner.
