Technical Projects across the Information Technology & Workplace Services Group. The
Technical Project Delivery Officer plays a critical role in overseeing IT project outcomes from inception to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives, stay within scope, time, and budget, and adhere to quality and security standards. Effective communication, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances are essential skills for success in this role.This role reports to the Manager, Telecommunications and Infrastructure and will work closely with groups within DJSIR, across the Information Technology & Workplace Services group and vendors supporting project outcomes. You will identify change and engagement opportunities. You will develop processes and action plans to enhance the service delivery and outcomes for Information Technology and Workplace Services.
The TeamThe position of
Technical Project Delivery Officer forms a part of the Corporate Services Group, Information Technology Branch and Workplaces Services Unit.Information Technology & Workplace Services (IT &WS) oversees the delivery of ICT-related investments and services to DJSIR. IS engages with the organisation to ensure ICT systems and services are appropriately designed, governed, and delivered. IS offers a range of end-user focused systems and services to the organisation both directly and through third-party providers and provides governance and assurance for systems and services delivered by other groups and agencies.
