ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality projects within our Automation, Data, and AI division. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery of projects that meet our customers' expectations.

Specifically, in this role you'll:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives in Automation, Data, and AI, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals.
  • Manage project setup and tracking using the agile module in ServiceNow, maintaining visibility and control over project progress.
  • Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and other relevant parties, to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive solutions to potential hurdles.
  • Maintain rigorous adherence to budgeting, scheduling, and quality standards.
  • Provide detailed reports and updates to senior management on project status, insights, and recommendations.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
