Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various electrical and Home Automation projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and client satisfaction. From job scheduling to material procurement and client communication, the Electrical Project Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Job Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of tasks.
• Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of workmanship and safety compliance.
• Material Procurement: Coordinate with suppliers to procure materials and equipment necessary for project execution, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth coordination of activities and seamless project execution.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety.
• Site Management: Oversee on-site activities, including marking out jobs, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues or deviations from the plan.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and compliance records.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (optional but preferred).
• Proven experience in project management within the electrical or construction industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and Home Automation technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• PMP or CAPM certification (optional but preferred).
