Radiation is commonly used for precise measurement, analysis and diagnostic purposes. Such equipment is regulated and it is required that all aspects of safety are managed regarding the use, ownership, storage and transport of these devices. ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an admin professional to support the flow of our business and engage with our clients and associates in a courteous and efficient manner. This customer-centric role will include the following:
- Part time role, within school hours.
- Would suit candidate experienced as medical receptionist or adjacent.
- Provide administrative support for operations and technical team.
- Monitor and facilitate production outcomes.
- Greet visitors and handle incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Sales support including preparation and sending of quotes, responding to enquiries.
- Setting up and coordinating jobs for out going product orders as well as internal and external services.
- Conduct clerical duties, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.
- Schedule site visits, meetings and travel arrangements for technical personnel.
- Coordination of projects and job deliverables.
- Some local travel for drop off and collection of items in relation to customer orders.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL DEMONSTRATE:
- Two years administration experience as a minimum.
- Experience as medical receptionist, technical admin or similar is ideal.
- Demonstrated professional qualities of integrity, reliability, confidentiality and initiative.
- High-level interpersonal skills including strong oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organisation skills.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications and experience in client management systems.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment, facilitating effective working relationships.
- High-level of attention to detail.
