About the role
To grow marine sales through various channels, including distributors, OEM’s and direct AM sales channels. Growth to be achieved through support of existing distribution relationships, existing dealer network and building on dealer network, with the current and future product portfolio.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of marine products
- A solid understand of sales planning and forecasting
- Competencies in OEM customer relationship management
- Be prepared to travel as required by the role
- Demonstrated ability to work Independently as well as to participate in activities as a team member
- Managing & fostering customer relationships
- Communicating customer needs and identifying product opportunities
- Analysis of competitor activity and product
- Developing and execute sales growth strategies
- Ensure training plan is executed and managed with the support of Product Managers
- Frequent travel nationally, with possible International travel, including trade shows, conferences and other such events
