We are recruiting for a sales professional with an ability to deliver high levels of customer service with energy and passion for achieving great results.
This role could also suit someone that is trade qualified – potentially with building and construction exposure, looking to get off the tools and kick start their career in sales.
All Door Solutions is a market leader in the Commercial / Industrial Door industry, carrying out new installations, repairs and maintenance to All types of Doors, including Automatic Sliding Doors, Sliding Gates, Fire Doors, Boom Gates, Roller Shutters and Operable Wall Panels.
Our key markets are primarily commercial and industrial facilities, as well as Councils, Hospitals, Property and Facility Management Companies to name a few.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for servicing, growing, and managing our existing clients within the greater Gold Coast territory, as well as identifying and securing opportunities for new business within your allocated sales territory.

To be successful in the role you will need to have the following attributes;
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and sales driven.
- Skilled in planning, managing and growing a defined sales territory.
- Experience in B2B sales - Wholesale, Industrial or Trade based products preferred but not essential.
- Ability to build and develop rapport with customers - allowing for a long term, mutually sustainable relationship.
- Track record of achieving Sales Targets and KPI's.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and developing new business.
- Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised.
- Clear, confident and succinct communication skills.
- High degree of customer centricity with an exceptional customer service attitude.
- Experience with a CRM system is preferred – not essential.
- Team focused with a "can-do" attitude, with a great desire to succeed.
- Exceptional account management skills.
- Highly organised, with attention to detail.
- Ability to follow systems and processes.
