Position Title: Technical Sales Representative
Salary: From $70,000 plus 11% Superannuation
Bauerfeind is looking for an experienced and qualified Technical Sales Representative for an immediate start. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in our head office in North Ryde, Sydney, NSW, 2113.
Working as a Technical Sales Representative, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:
· Facilitate, organize, and participate in meetings with businesses and professionals in the field of sports and healthcare who qualify as potential business partners.
· Identify prospective clients by proactively developing a strategic approach by carrying out a well-informed segmentation of the B2B target market.
· Monitor registrations from interested businesses, providing necessary knowledge and information to convert them into business partners.
· Provide appropriate technical training on Bauerfeind products to sports and healthcare professionals and business partners, ensuring product satisfaction and resolution of any encountered issues.
· Generate quotations, negotiate prices, prepare contracts, and generate invoices, always ensuring satisfaction with the purchased order and understanding of terms and conditions.
· Deliver exceptional service and technical support with fitting and product recommendations by maintaining knowledge of all products and providing appropriate assistance to our business partners.
· Uphold and demonstrate Bauerfeind's completed range of our products for our business partners, including products from the Braces & Orthoses division, Insoles Division, Vascular and Lymphatic Compression division and Performance division.
· Collaborate effectively as a team member alongside other departments and maintain communication with stakeholders.
· Ensure compliance with stock management protocols.
· Monitor customer feedback to continually enhance sales effectiveness and client experience.
· Monitor the market and competitor brands to ensure the brand's competitiveness regarding pricing, practices, and technology.
· Conduct in-field and online research on potential partner pipeline, competitor brands, completed sales, operational costs, and feedback to sales and management on a monthly basis.
· Coordinate with the logistics team to prepare and deliver negotiated goods, demo kits, and promotional materials.
· Engage in and participate in the training and workshops conducted by the company.
For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications and work experience:
· A Bachelor’s Degree or higher qualification with highly relevant fields of studies to support Technical Sales and marketing of our products in addition to at least 2 years of full-time experience working in a Technical Sales Representative role. This formal qualification can be substituted by at least 5 years of work experience in a Technical Sales Representative role.
