Location: Remote (Sydney-based)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new projects using tools to locate and contact project attendants;
- Network extensively to build relationships with engineers, builders, and concrete companies;
- Ensure product awareness and secure approvals from engineers;
- Develop and maintain a strong customer base by visiting new and existing customers;
- Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with customers, including social engagements like coffee catch-ups;
- Provide exceptional support and service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Be open to learning and adapting to new methods and strategies; and
- Utilise extensive industry experience and information shared by the company to enhance sales techniques.
Experience required:
- Experience in selling in concrete or steel with an understanding of the industry;
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills;
- Ability to work independently and think strategically;
- Open to learning and adaptable to new approaches; and
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
