They require a technical Engineer to join a new Digital Enterprise Engineering team. About the RoleThe Technical Service Delivery Engineer will be responsible for: Vendor, Change, Incident & Problem Management Insuring consistency of systems and hardware across retail sites Managing the delivery of systems end-to-end Owning the lifecycle stages (designs, implementations, changes, enhancements ect.) Reducing and removing manual tasks Improving and enhancing customer and user experience Digitisation of IT and Retail services Supporting applications, software and back-of-house systems About YouTo be successful in this position you will have: 3 years of experience working in a IT Service Desk position or similar Great communication skills coupled with your ability to manage stakeholders A knowledge of ITIL/ISTM would be beneficial Proven experience adhering to Incident and Problem Management and meeting SLA's An understanding of Vendor and Change management Knowledge in Point-of-Sale and Payments (terminals, gateways, alternative transactions) Strong foundational knowledge in systems and infrastructure heavily used by Retail, Oil & Gas or Utility companies.
