Service Delivery Engineer

What you’ll achieve
As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximise these prospects.
You will:
Perform specific delivery support activities for a single customer
Assist in coordinating development and consolidation of technical and process documentation
Focus on activities like data analytics and reporting
Assist with analysing specific issues with the customer
Partner with Dell team(s) to provide an outstanding experience to the customer

Essential Requirements
5 to 7 years of related experience
Good organisational and planning skills to coordinate program deliverables
Ability to set priorities / delegate / and work autonomously
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent Linux / Unix Server Build and administration skills
VRA Automation exposure to write scripts and fault find.
Exposure to Compliance tools like EP Manager / Cairo would be desirable
NV1 security clearance
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree
Proven experience in a similar role
