Rates: $120 - $160 per hour (inc. super)
Services Australia is seeking a Technical Services Delivery Manger will oversee all aspects of project delivery by managing budget, scope and schedule whilst maintaining a high level of key stakeholder engagement and guide relevant projects through project delivery. Cyber Security and Infrastructure background is an essential requirement for this role.

Key Tasks/Duties/Requirements:
Maintain visibility of project work, track progress and adhere to strict quality and change management process.
Manage resource capacity in the Project team, Risk Management and undertake project planning and execution for complex cybersecurity focused programs of work.
Establish and continuously improve the project lifecycle, including engagement and collaboration across all areas to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide technical guidance, and effectively communicate the progress and status of projects.
Essential Criteria
Minimum 3 + years knowledge and experience implementing the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) Essential Eight and the applicable Information Security Manual controls to achieve Maturity Level One in a complex ICT Environment, and/or Significant knowledge and experience implementing the Microsoft 365 product suite or similar digital transformation projects in a complex ICT Environment.
Minimum 3 + year’s experience and knowledge in delivering Cyber Security and assurance projects, including managing project scope, schedule, budget constraints and providing support to clear issues blocking delivery.
Desirable Criteria
Experience working with and influencing internal and external stakeholders and partners to minimise the organisation change impact in order to successfully implement Cyber Security mitigations.
Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing cross-disciplinary technical programs, from project definition to product delivery/demonstration.
Experience in the management of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems environments.
Personal resilience and flexibility to deal with ambiguity and conflicting priorities to successfully deliver under pressure within a challenging environment.
