The Technical Services team are seeking applications from suitably experienced candidates for the permanent role of Administration Officer. This is a Band 3 role. About the Role Reporting to the Technical Services Manager and working in a dedicated team, you will be accountable for providing administrative assistance and coordination of procurement processes for the Technical Services Team. Key Responsibilities: General administrative and support services: Provision of procurement and contract administration Preparation of project budget cost reports and forecasting tasks relating to the project; Maintenance of data for project schedule updates and other reporting as required; Document Control About You We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Administration Officer who is a self-starter, problem solver and adept at working within a busy collaborative team environment. You would possess demonstrated extensive experience in administration including the MS Office Suite of applications and ideally, hold a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent.
