AddressThe Service Provider shall provide technical services, in particular the authoring and reviewing of technical publications associated with requirements engineering, engineering metrics, integration engineering, Verification and Validation (V&V), test and evaluation, and technical performance measures. The required services may include:
• Conduct capability and concept development.
• Conduct requirements analysis and development.
• Conduct design and implementation.
• Conduct V&V.
• Conduct certification and support.
• Plan and deliver engineering services, regulatory compliance, resource management.
• Support project outcomes and integration.
• Conduct reviews of contract deliverables.
Experience Skills Sought:
Services are to be provided by personnel holding professional qualifications that cover the relevant subject areas and with extensive experience in either logistics or an engineering environment. Services are to be provided commensurate with relevant Australian and International Standards, regulations, and Defence requirements. Service providers are to employ industry best practice when undertaking the Services.

Essential Experience and / or Qualifications:
• Higher education sector accreditation at minimum advanced diploma level.
• Experience in authoring engineering / logistics technical documents to support capability introduction to service (e.g. Installation, Maintenance, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Instructions (EMEIs), User Handbooks).
Highly Desirable Experience and / or Qualifications:
• Previous Defence experience is highly desirable.
• Extensive industry and specialty experience in systems/software engineering.
• MILIS Maintainer Profiles (in order to generate 600 records, generate nameplates and standard jobs).
• Experience in codification and cataloguing.
• Already have or ability to obtain a Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance.
