Aliva is developing a platform that will change how the world manages Personally Identifiable Information and Identities that will reduce the impacts of data breaches and stamp out identity theft.
We are seeking a talented Level 2 ICT Support Officer to join our enterprise projects team and contribute to our mission of excellence.
Role Overview:
As a Level 2 ICT Support Officer at Aliva, you will be an integral part of our support team, providing advanced technical assistance to our clients. Your role will involve troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring system stability, and enhancing the overall user experience on our enterprise platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide second-level support for escalated technical issues on the Aliva’s Cloud Platform.
- Diagnose and resolve Platform, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Assist in system maintenance, updates, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with Level 1 support and other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Document and track issues using our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and communication with clients.
- Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Level 2 support role, preferably within an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking, and cloud services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus.
