We are looking for a bright and resourceful Technical Solutions Consultant to join the team at MicrotechDPS on a permanent, full-time basis.

Purpose of the position

Playing a key role in the design, development, and implementation of custom software solutions to meet our clients' unique business needs. This individual will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify requirements, create functional specifications, and develop high-quality, efficient software solutions. You will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Develop and deliver high-quality, efficient, and reliable software solutions that meet or exceed client expectations and align with their business objectives.
• Consistently deliver projects on time and within budget, while adhering to industry best practices and software development methodologies.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional team members to ensure effective collaboration, communication, and project success.
• Provide exceptional end-user training and support, leading to high levels of user satisfaction and software adoption.
• Identify and capitalise on opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the software development lifecycle.
• Champion the company's values and vision, representing the organisation with professionalism and integrity in all interaction

Key Areas Of Responsibility

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand and analyse business needs, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Software Development and Implementation: Design and develop custom software solutions, ensuring quality through testing and debugging, integrating with existing systems, and adhering to security and compliance standards.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for software solutions, monitor performance, and implement updates and improvements based on client feedback.
• Industry Knowledge and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, engage in professional development, and contribute to team knowledge sharing for improved efficiency and software quality.
• End-User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users, develop training materials, and provide ongoing technical support to ensure successful solution adoption and client satisfaction.
