Technical Support Coordinator

Due to the growth in our Melbourne branch, we are looking for the next superstar to join our amazing team as our Technical Support Coordinator. This is a newly created role and will report to the National Service Manager. It is an exciting opportunity for the right person and will be another integral member of our already busy operations.  The role will be the main point of contact for our customers and distributor when relating to anything after-sales and warranty. We are seeking a person with a heavy vehicle maintenance & repairs background to join our Yutong professional team of a Chinese leading bus brand. 

Your tasks will include:

Support customers with aftersales and warranty inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face visits.

Liaise with internal and external workshops to facilitate repairs.

Liaise with the parts department where required.

Fault diagnosis and maintenance guidance for Yutong vehicles.

Reporting on progress and any additional work requirements for equipment

Delivering technical training to drivers and workshop technicians.

Report customer feedback on products, policies, and procedures. Identifying areas of improvement.

Regular travel within your region visiting customers and building strong relationships.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

Minimum 5 years post-trade experience.

Trade certificate: auto mechanic, auto electrician, AC ticket, or equivalent.

Experience with Allison & Cummins preferred.

HR driver's license preferred. 

Previous support experience, ideally supporting the heavy vehicle industry.

Have effective communication and teamwork skills, and actively promote Yutong’s values and purpose.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
