This is a new role designed to provide technical administrative support and customer service to the Design and Survey Team. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate or obtain the below competencies: Demonstrated understanding of design processes and knowledge in plans, relating to roads, drains, crossovers, verges and paths. Strong administration skills. Proven ability to be proactive and contribute to administration process improvement. Highly developed time management and organisational skills. Well-developed written and computer literacy skills, including Microsoft office Suite. Ability to use initiative, problem solving and effective research skills. Ability to communicate, negotiate, influence and relate to a broad cross section of individuals, organisations and community groups. Additionally, applicants will be required to hold a current ‘C-A’ class driver’s licence and White/Blue card, and be able to provide a National Police Clearance no more than six months old.
