Location Parramatta CBD with access to hybrid arrangements (work from home)
Full time ongoing opportunity (35 hours per week)
Salary from $89,707 to $98,982 pa. Plus super and annual leave loading

Your role
The Technical support officer role is required to support existing.net applications, supporting the team on Adobe Experience Manager applications, monitoring the queue for BAU activities.
Reporting to the Service Manager – IM Webservice, you will work on various business requirements in Corporate IM Systems. You will collaborate with various teams and vendor to implement data & reporting solution for DCJ.
What you’ll do
Monitor the support queue, work on tickets to meet the agreed SLA.
Work with Senior Application Developer to provide administrative support for Adobe Experience manager platform.
Work with the team to support the existing .net applications and assisting the team to create custom forms as and when required.
Work effectively with team members towards mutual continued development and provide feedback and advice on work undertaken.
What we’re looking for
Develop and support .net applications.
Technical support services to ensure service continuity and minimal business impact
Keen on learning new technologies.
Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience with the applicable technology platform, with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
Excellent hands-on development skills in DotNet.
Desired knowledge in Adobe Experience manager configurations, Azure, SharePoint and so on.
