About the role:
Provides broad-ranging Tier 1/2 support to users and conducts maintenance of the organisation's managed ICT assets, utilising ITIL processes and a range of diagnostic tools and equipment, to maintain, troubleshoot and resolve issues of moderate complexity across the organisation's ICT environment

Key Knowledge and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in the maintenance of IT/Comms technologies in a field environment
Essential Requirements:
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence
- Post-secondary qualification or equivalent industry experience

- Accreditation as a registered cabler (ACMA)
- Elevate Work Platform (EWP) Licence
- White Card (General Construction Induction Card)
- Medium Rigid (MR) Truck Licence
Note: The role entails travel to, and work at FRNSW operationally relevant locations across metropolitan and rural NSW, as required to operationally relevant locations include any/all FRNSW Communication Centres.
