We have a new opportunity at nbn for a Technical Training Lead reporting to the Technical Training and Content Manager.
A bit about your role
As the Technical Training Lead, you are responsible to interface and work closely with key stakeholders, Partners/Suppliers, and teams across both Field Services and the broader nbn business.
You will oversee end-to-end technical onboarding and training activities for nbn’s Field Workforce. This will see you facilitating the adoption of new technologies, tools, and processes.
A bit about you
The successful candidate is passionate about driving change and fostering continuous improvement across performance, capability, technical standards, and quality.
This role will require someone who is collaborative and has strong experience designing and developing training content across an internal and external workforce. Moreover, you also have experience in facilitating training of technical content.
