The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience operating and maintaining Epiroc surface drills in mining or construction industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Epiroc surface drills, their functions, and maintenance requirements.
  • Experience in delivering Technical Training programs, preferably within the mining or heavy machinery industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt training content to various audiences.
  • Proficiency in creating training materials using tools such as PowerPoint.
  • A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or in the process of obtaining qualification.

What we offer:

  • An excellent remuneration package with attractive allowances
  • Superannuation on all hours worked.
  • 6 monthly retention bonus.
  • Generous paid parental leave for all parents.
  • Above NES long service leave.
  • Years of service recognition awards.
  • Company-paid Income Protection.
  • Support of a global company with unlimited career and mobility opportunities.
  • A huge array of training opportunities including internal product training, access to e-learning and education assistance to study externally.
  • Opportunity to be part of a values-driven company, committed to your professional development.

At Epiroc Australia, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development. As a Technical Trainer, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by sharing your expertise, empowering others, and contributing to the success of our customers and Epiroc as a whole.
