AddressSupply Chain Manager
Randstad's Supply Chain specialist Hayley Wilson is currently recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join a forward thinking business that is keeping their Supply Chain ahead of the curve to achieve continued success and growth. This role will be offered as a permanent position, on a full time basis for our manufacturing client based in Perth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Negotiate detailed supply contracts and agreements on behalf of the company to secure optimal terms and conditions.
- Controlling & managing inventory levels across multiple locations utilising an ERP system.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance Supply Chain efficiency.
- Manage pricing data in accordance with procurement department, and production.
- Reviewing and reporting variances across inventory, costing and supplier contracts.
- Working with existing suppliers to ensure adherence to service level agreements.
- Assisting other Supply Chain departments to allocate stock correctly, and to anticipate demand.
Key requirements include:
- Experience in Supply Chain management within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Extensive experience in strategic procurement.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary procurement and Supply Chain practices.
- Advanced Excel skills, ERP experience and ability to analyse data.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders and department heads.
- Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain or commerce, and MCIPS qualifications or similar industry equivalent are desired.
