Job requirements:
• Assist the senior change lead in delivering change strategies.
• Apply established change management best practices, tools, and techniques to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Develop and execute change management deliverables to align with organisational change objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend the scope and impact of changes, ensuring transparent communication and engagement throughout.
• Document Change Impact Assessments and oversee related documentation processes.
• Identify and report potential risks to project/change lead, contributing to the development of mitigation strategies aimed at minimising operational disruptions and ensuring successful change adoption.
• Conduct change management workshops, training sessions, and other activities to enhance change readiness and capability.
• Draft user-friendly web and application form content.
• Monitor and assess the progress of change initiatives, tracking relevant metrics and feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Work in tandem with HR, communication, and training teams to seamlessly integrate change management activities into broader organisational initiatives.
Ideally what we are looking for:
• Experience in a change and technical writing role.
• Outstanding writing skills, creating clear and concise documentation.
• Qualification or demonstrable experience in Prosci or other recognised change management methodologies.
• Proficiency in navigating within a large project transformation framework.
• Experience in developing various materials such as process flows, information briefs, and training materials.
