About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Technician with an Electrical Licence to join our Perth Service team, based in Willetton. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team, where you provide technical skills to install, test and service equipment while utilising your trouble shooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for installation, testing, service and repairs of customer and Diverseco products
- Liaise with local Service Supervisor to maximise site attendances, communicate delays, improve customer satisfaction, and improve productivity and efficiency.
- Use initiative to demonstrate better ways of doing things and communicate as appropriate.
- Proactively seek out opportunities to increase our product and service offering to clients which can contribute to our Technical Staff Lead Bonus Incentive Plan.
About You:
- Prior experience as an electrical, mechanical, service and / or installation technician.
- Knowledge of PLC programming, SEW motors and drives.
- Prior Industrial Weighing experience and/or understanding of Trade Measurement system (highly desirable.)
- Automation experience and/or understanding of Robotics and Control Systems (highly desirable.)
- White card and/or a Forklift license (highly desirable.)
- National Measurement Institute Licenses (highly desirable but not essential).
- A current Australian driver’s licence and ability to drive a manual vehicle.
- Full working rights within Australia.
