Essential Skills
- Technical Proficiency with Cisco Products. Demonstrated experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Cisco Video Conferencing and audiovisual equipment
- Understanding of ITIL Framework. Knowledge of ITIL practices relevant to IT service management and operations, particularly in service request fulfilment, incident and problem management.
- Experience in Audio Visual Systems. Proven capability in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting a variety of AV equipment and systems, including microphones, speakers, video monitors, projectors, and related technology.
- Customer Service Skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively assist and resolve government customer queries and issues.
- Problem-Solving Abilities. Aptitude for quickly diagnosing and resolving technical issues in high-pressure environments
